We bring you a selection of a variety of different workouts/exercises to complete at home in order to remain fit and healthy.

Choose an activity/program to suit your preference.

Remember to warm up and stretch before each workout and to cool down after.

If you are unsure of any activity or have any questions, ask your PE teacher.

We want to see the progress you are making so keep a fitness journal of all physical activity you engage in each week.
